14 May, 2025

We’re celebrating a major milestone! Nayar turns 18, coming of age with a strong legacy built on innovation, leadership in IoT for the elevator industry, and a steadily expanding global footprint. Over the years, we’ve worked relentlessly to connect the world through intelligent technology solutions that enhance management and efficiency in vertical transportation.

Since our founding in 2007, Nayar has continuously evolved to meet the demands of a dynamic market. We’ve positioned ourselves as a strategic technology partner, providing solutions that empower companies to advance their digital transformation with excellence.

From day one, our mission has been clear: to make life easier for our clients. We do this by combining deep technological expertise with a commitment to innovation, enabling businesses to progress intelligently toward operational excellence. Over the past 18 years, we’ve broadened our product and service portfolio, focusing on adaptability and interoperability. Our goal is to transform the data generated by elevator systems into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

In 2024, we reaffirmed our leadership by being the first to launch Nayar solutions for ITC-AEM 1, in full compliance with the new EN 81-28:2022 standard. These solutions not only support regulatory compliance but also help elevator companies reduce costs and boost efficiency. In 2025, we also unveiled our 5ª ITC solution, our most comprehensive to date, designed to address one of the most pressing challenges facing maintenance providers today. We also introduced Advertisim 10B, our new display integration solution, allowing clients to modernize elevators with digital displays without facing compatibility barriers. These innovations reflect our ongoing mission to deliver comprehensive, global solutions for elevator professionals, especially in key areas like remote monitoring, data analytics, and the development of IoT platforms and devices that enhance connectivity across systems.

A major highlight in recent years has been our commitment to universal accessibility. With products like the Virtual Accessible COP and the Pulse app, we’ve made it possible for users to operate elevators intuitively from their smartphones, marking a meaningful step toward making elevator technology more inclusive and user-friendly.

In 2024, we also proudly announced a global collaboration with Schindler, to jointly enhance the connectivity of Schindler’s third-party elevators. https://group.schindler.com/en.htmlThis strategic agreement strengthens our position as a global leader in elevator IoT and accelerates our international growth.

Now, as we celebrate our 18th anniversary, Nayar stands as a global benchmark in IoT for elevators. Our team, now with over 60 professionals strong, remains committed to researching, developing, and delivering innovative solutions that create value for both our clients and society at large.

Looking ahead, Nayar’s future is brighter than ever. With ambitious plans to expand our global influence and continue leading the way in IoT for elevators, we are fully committed to advancing efficiency, accessibility, and sustainability in the industry. We’re ready to face new challenges and continue shaping the future of smart mobility.
